We care about doing things right — and we believe refunds should be clear, fair, and respectful for both sides. That’s why we’ve created this policy to explain when refunds are possible and how we handle them.
When can I get a refund?
It depends on the package you purchase:
✅ Silver and Gold Packages
If you’re not happy with the final result, you’re eligible for a full refund.
No hidden conditions. Just tell us during the process or right after delivery — before final files are sent — and we’ll make it right.
✅ Premium Package (Full Stationery)
This package involves a lot more design time and creative work. That’s why we offer a 50% refund if you’re not satisfied — as long as final files haven’t been delivered yet.
Once the final designs are approved and sent, the project is considered complete.
When is a refund not possible?
We can’t offer a refund once:
- You’ve approved one of the concepts
- We’ve delivered the final print-ready files
At that point, we’ve done the work, and the design is yours to use. But until then, your feedback matters — and we’re here to make adjustments if something doesn’t feel right.
What if I change my mind?
That’s totally okay. If you change your mind before we’ve started the design work, we’ll refund you in full — no problem.
Once we’ve begun working on your order (usually within 24 hours), we’ll calculate the refund based on how far we’ve gone in the process.
How do I ask for a refund?
Just send us an email at hello@businesscarddesigners.com and tell us what’s going on. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible to sort things out.
Our goal is not to get here
We don’t like refunds. Not because of the money — but because it means something didn’t go as planned.
That’s why we do everything we can to make sure you’re happy from the beginning: clear communication, concept previews, and revisions based on your feedback. Each card is custom-made, with care.
We only succeed if you’re confident handing out the design we made together.
