All of our services are 100% digital, and everything is delivered online.
What do I receive?
Depending on the package you choose, you’ll receive:
- Custom business card concepts (PDF/PNG previews)
- Revisions (if included in your package)
- Final print-ready files (PDF, PNG, plus source files)
If your package includes stationery, you’ll also receive matching letterhead, envelope, folder, and more — all in high-resolution, print-ready formats.
How do I receive the files?
All files are sent by email, using the address you provide at checkout.
If needed, we can also send a secure download link (Google Drive or Dropbox).
No login or special platform is required to access them.
When will I receive my designs?
The delivery time depends on your package:
- Silver Package – 7 days
- Gold Package – 5 days
- Premium Stationery Package – 5 days
Delivery times refer to the first concept preview, not the final files.
The full process — with revisions and final files — may take a few extra days depending on your feedback.
Need it faster?
We offer optional 1 or 2-day delivery for an extra fee. You can select this add-on when placing your order.
What if I don’t receive anything?
If you didn’t receive your files within the expected timeframe, first check your spam folder.
