Business Card Designers provides custom, digital-only design services. We specialize in business card design but may also offer other brand-related materials (such as full stationery sets) depending on the package selected and through prior discussion.
All deliverables are provided in digital formats only. We do not offer printing. Files are delivered ready for print and compatible with major printing companies (such as Vistaprint, Moo, or local printers).
Each service package includes specific deliverables, revision limits, and timelines. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept the scope of the selected package.
2. Order Process & Payment
Orders are placed directly through our website. During checkout, you’ll be asked to complete a short form with project details. This information is required to start the design process.
Payments are processed securely via WooCommerce and Stripe (or any other method available on our website). Prices are shown in USD.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order at our discretion, including (but not limited to) cases of incomplete information, suspected fraud, or inappropriate behavior.
3. Revisions & Delivery
Revisions are included based on the package you choose. Additional changes beyond the included revision count may incur extra fees, which will always be communicated clearly before proceeding.
We do not deliver final files until you approve a design. Once approved, you’ll receive all deliverables as described, in print-ready formats (PDF, PNG, JPG, source files, etc.).
You can also request fast delivery or additional versions (e.g., for multiple team members) during checkout.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you’re not satisfied with the final result. You can request a refund before the final files are delivered.
Once you confirm the final design and receive the full package, refunds are no longer available. Full details are outlined in our [Refund Policy].
5. Intellectual Property & Usage
After final delivery, you have full rights to use the designs for any business or marketing purpose.
We do not restrict you from editing, reusing, or reselling the files.
We retain the right to showcase anonymized versions of the work (with no contact details or personal info) in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Liability Disclaimer
We make every effort to ensure that your designs are delivered at the highest quality, suitable for professional printing.
However, Business Card Designers is not responsible for:
- Errors that occur during printing (due to printer setup or handling)
- Poor print quality due to third-party services
- Business losses, brand impact, or any indirect damages
We recommend always reviewing proofs before printing.
7. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. By using our website, you agree that any disputes will be handled in Romanian courts.
