No. BCD sells custom design services and digital production files. You choose the printing company.
Are the files print-ready?
Yes. The current service delivers professional print files and can prepare production layers for finishes such as foil, emboss, or letterpress when printer requirements are available.
Can I request changes?
Yes. The Silver package currently includes 2 revision rounds and the Gold package includes 4. The revision allowance for other or custom work should be written into the project scope.
Can I use my existing logo?
Yes. Send the vector logo when available, brand colors, typography guidance, and the exact card content.
Can the card include a QR code?
Yes. The destination should have a real post-handoff purpose, such as booking, a portfolio, current listings, a consultation page, or a live location page. Test the code at final printed size.
Can you work with my printer's template?
Yes. Send the printer's template, bleed, safe area, color mode, stock, finish, and any foil, emboss, die-line, or spot-color instructions before final delivery.
Can I talk to the team before ordering?
Yes. The current site offers contact before purchase and mentions WhatsApp, Zoom, and Google Meet for calls.
